If you know Mr. Stroke Awareness, you know his smile, his gift of gab, his passion to connect people and his love for his hometown, Pasadena.

 

He is a two time hemorrhagic stroke survivor of 12 years. However, on December 8, 2023 he suffered an ischemic stroke.  When asked how he’s doing, he wants people to know “I’ll get through this.” He’s made an impactful recovery before learning to walk, talk and become fully independent.
